Our approach is not about giving a property a quick cosmetic refresh or simply making it look good in listing photos. Our initial in-home consultation gives us the opportunity to walk through the property together, understand what you’re hoping to accomplish, and discuss the scope, budget, and timeline. We’ll also talk about how you envision the property being used and what you want the guest experience to feel like.

The goal is to make sure we’re a good fit and that you have a clear understanding of what your project will require before moving forward.

The Beautiful Habitat consultation is a 90-minute working session: 60 minutes of focused discussion and recommendations, followed by 30 minutes to review next steps.

The investment is $595.

Full-service vacation rental design and installation projects typically begin at $50,000+.

Your consultation is customized to the needs of your property and may include:

A thoughtful vacation rental design takes time. Full-service projects typically take 4–8 months from the beginning of design through installation, depending on the size and scope of the property.

That includes developing the design, selecting furnishings and finishes, coordinating orders and deliveries, and completing installation and styling.

If you have a hard deadline, such as a closing date or the start of a booking season, we will discuss that upfront and determine whether the timeline is realistic before we begin.
