Every project kicks off with an in-depth consultation where we’ll aim to understand your property, your goals and your rental market. Is this home purely for Airbnb guests, or is this you family vacation home, too?

2 | Design Development

As we devise our plan you can feel confident that we’ve thought of everything. We research the rental market to determine how we can make your property stand out. Our goal is to transform your property into a memorable retreat that resonates with guests, ensuring increased bookings, glowing reviews, and enhanced profitability for our clients.

Leveraging nearly 20 years in residential interior design, we apply our knowledge of and access to high quality and contract grade products that will stand up to guest use. Our Airbnb design services apply the same proven, efficient, client-focused process we use for our interior design services with attention on creating homes that blend aesthetic appeal with functionality and a thoughtful approach to guest needs.

Our design phase culminates in a concept presentation where all the planning, research, and custom solutions come together.

We’ll bring a comprehensive collection of drawings and recommended materials. You’ll also be able to experience every element of your new space, room by room, in our 3D walk-through.

3 | Delivering on Every Detail

Once we have your approval on every part of the plan, we’ll make it happen.

Our services are flexible and you can choose to implement the design on your own, or we can provide full implementation services

We’ll take care of coordinating with all important players: contractors, vendors, and suppliers, as well as overseeing construction and managing installation.

We’ll be on top of everything—up to the arrival of the very last throw pillow—so you can relax and focus on getting those bookings.


Every design collaboration begins with a consultation, which can be in-person or a virtual walk through. The Beautiful Habitat consultation can be a one-time meeting or the first step in a full-service design for your short term rental.

During this consultation, the project scope and goals are defined. We’ll talk about the rental market, the home, and your goals. We’ll walk through each room to discuss the guest experience.

The Beautiful Habitat Consultation is 2 hours, with 90 minutes of intensive discussion and recommendations, followed by 30 minutes to review next steps. The investment is $595.
